Technical data, such as IP address, browser information and security-related signals, may also be processed when you access the website or use the contact form.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and preparing projects: processing your contact request and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

4. Contact form and service providers
Contact requests are transmitted through an n8n automation hosted on our Hetzner server and delivered to our business mailbox provided by Spaceship Spacemail. These services are used to receive, route and respond to enquiries.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form against spam and automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical and security-related information in connection with this service.
Service providers may act as processors or independent controllers depending on the service and their applicable terms.
5. Cookies and Google Analytics
We use essential technologies necessary for website functionality and to remember your cookie preferences. Optional Google Analytics is enabled only if you accept analytics cookies.
You can accept or reject optional analytics through the cookie banner. Your preference is stored in your browser's local storage under the key vds-cookie-consent. You may withdraw or change your preference by clearing this site's stored data in your browser; the consent banner will then appear again.
Google Analytics is provided by Google and may involve the processing of online identifiers and usage information.
6. International data transfers
Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, such transfers must be supported by an appropriate GDPR transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
7. Data retention
We retain contact enquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential business relationship, or comply with legal obligations. Records associated with concluded contracts or invoices may be retained for longer periods where required by law. Analytics data is subject to the retention settings configured for our Google Analytics property.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
To exercise your rights, contact info@vdsstudio.pro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), uoou.gov.cz.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technologies or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page.
